Hu Feng welcomed the second visit of Chairman Rachel Jacobs of the Assembly to the University. He said: Jiangsu and Khomas are friendly provinces. In 2016, NAU enrolled two students from Khomas to study for Master's degree, one of whom has graduated successfully. In the future, NAU will continue to actively participate in exchanges in humanities and educational cooperation between Jiangsu and Khomas. At the same time, it is hoped that the province of Khomas will be able to learn and do more based on the rich experience from the cooperation between NAU and Egerton University in Kenya and other African universities in extension of agricultural technology, professional development and technical training.

The delegation members introduced the geographical environment characteristics and agricultural development in Khomas with expectation that NAU would further develop more professionals and agricultural technology training programs for Khomas in deepening the exchange and cooperation of the two sides in food security, crop science, and environmental science.
