□Notarized photocopy of the degree certificate for the highest degree achieved
□Notarized photocopy of the complete academic transcripts for the highest degree achieved
□Original copy of English language proficiency certificate (Compulsory for English-taught program students)
□Original copy of Chinese language proficiency certificate (Compulsory for Chinese-taught program students)
□ID photo ( 4 copies; Size:48mm×33mm; Background: White; Time of the Photo: Within six months)
□Passport
□JW visa form（With signature）
□Originalcopy of the Admission Notice（With signature）
2. Insurance：
All international students must be insured in advance according to the relevant national and institutional regulations. Please send E-mail to Ms Lu(luling2015@njau.edu.cn) for purchasing procedures.
3. Stipend Distribution Affairs：
The living allowance for all kinds of full scholarship students is paidevery two months. Since it will take some time to complete the quarantine procedures for students coming to China and receive the first stipend distribution,please prepare enough cash for daily needs.
4. Visa Affairs
Please go to the Local Chinese embassy with the admission letter and visa application form(JW Form) to apply for the study visa(X visa) as required.
B. Transportation Guide
Transportation Guide to Nanjing Agricultural University

1.If you arrive at Nanjing Lukou Airport:
(1)Take taxi to the university directly will cost about RMB 120 for about 45 minutes
(2)Take Metro Line S1 to get off at Nanjing South Railway Station and then transfer to Metro Line 3 to get off at Daxinggong Station then transfer to Line 2 to get off at Xiamafang Station to exit No.3
2. If you arrive at Nanjing Railway Station:
(1)Take taxi to the university directly will cost about RMB 30 for about 45 minutes
(2)Take Metro line 3 from Nanjing Railway Station to get off at Daxinggong Station, then transfer to line 2 from Daxinggong Station to Xiamafang Station.
3. If you arrive at Nanjing South Railway Station:
(1)Take taxi to the university directly will cost about RMB 30 for about 40 minutes.
(2)Take Metro line 3 from Nanjing South Railway Station to get off at Daxinggong Station, then transfer to line 2 from Daxinggong Station to Xiamafang Station.
4. If you arrive at Shanghai Pudong Airport:
Shanghai------Nanjing train fare RMB 150 Yuan (1 Hour)
You can take metro from Shanghai Pudong airport to Shanghai railway station.
It is very convenient.
Important Notes:
(1) You are expected to arrive at our university by yourself based on the Transportation Guide above.
(2) Please send your flight information of arriving in China after its confirmation to admission@njau.edu.cn.
(3) Application of accommodation inside the campus will be based on the application time order through email: isao@njau.edu.cn
(4) You are expected to present your country's culture through some items you might bring from your country on university's traditional Culture Exhibition Day in your first semester.
