According to the requirement of China Scholarship Council and Nanjing Agricultural University(NAU)’s scholarship management regulations, all the CSC scholarship students and other full-scholarship students who will continue their study in the 2020-2021 academic year shall attend annual review of the Scholarship status. For those who don’t finish the annual review as required, your scholarship will be canceled. Please pay attention to the followings:
The Scholarship Annual Review/Scholarship Extension Application is for：
1. Full scholarship students (CSC Full/Partial Scholarship, China-Africa 20+20 Full Scholarship, Jiangsu Talent Selection Program(TSP) Full Scholarship, Jiangsu Provincial Government Full Scholarship, University Full Scholarship etc.) who will continue their study at NAU in the 2020-2021 academic year (From September, 2020 to July, 2021)
2. According to the Admission Notice, some CSC scholarship students in PhD programs who are expected to graduate in July, 2020 but cannot graduate in time and would like to extend their scholarship.
Steps for Annual Review/ Scholarship Extension Application：
1. For annual review, please download Form for Annual Review of NAU’s Full Scholarship Status (For Chinese Government Scholarship students, please download Form for Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship Status )and fill it by using a computer or by hand.
For extending the scholarship, please also fill in Application Form for Extension of Chinese Government Scholarship as well as Form for Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship Status.
2. Hand in your Form for Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship Status and Application Form for Extension of Chinese Government Scholarship (for extension) to D419 in North Administrative Building.
3. Deadline for submitting all documents: 17:00 p.m. May 20, 2020.
Attention:
1. As to CSC PhD students enrolled in 2016 whose research work got affected due to the situation of COVID-19, such students can to apply for the extension of the scholarship, the extension period can be half a year or one year.
2. In addition to the Application Form for Extension of Chinese Government Scholarship, the PhD students who applies for extension shall also provide materials including: 1. The certification for passing the dissertation proposal. 2. Mid-term evaluation result. 3.Dissertation research progress report. 4. Research plan for the extended period. In the application form, the supervisor needs to specify the extension period (half a year/ one year) and applicant’s main research tasks during the extended period. If the submitted materials do not meet the requirements, the application will not be accepted.
3.The final result of the extension shall be subject to the approval list issued by China Scholarship Council.
