In order to encourage international students who perform well in study , behavior and social activity, excellent students of COIE during 2018-2019 first semester will be evaluated and awarded . The criteria and application procedures are as follows:
1. Evaluation Objects
1.1The appraisalof “Excellent Both in Studies and Behavior Award” is open to all the international degree students.
1.2The appraisal of“Individual Award for Superiority” is open to both degree and non-degree international students.
2. Criteria and Eligibility
For the “Excellent Both in Studies and Behavior Award”
(1) Abide by Chinese laws, regulations and university disciplines.
(2) Good Attitude towards study and take actively part in university activities; no bad behavior record.
(3) For undergraduate students:
The GPA (2017-2018 Academic Year Second Semester) should be above3.0, and no course scores are below 60.
For postgraduate students:
Published at least one dissertation in EI, SSCI or SCI Journal (IF 2.0 or above), or in Chinese core journals in natural sciences and humanities & social science acknowledged by NAU as first rank author . Nanjing Agricultural University should be the first rank work unit at the same time. Time scope for paper published or accepted should be between July, 2018 and December, 2018, the same paper can only be declared once.
Note: Students who have extended their schooling are not covered (Bachelor: the 5thyear or the 6thyear (for animal science); Master: the 4thyear; PhD: the 5thyear.).
For the “Individual Award for Superiority”
(1) Abide by Chinese laws, regulations and university disciplines.
(2) Good Attitude towards study and take actively part in university activities; no bad behavior record.
(3) Extremely Outstanding performance in one or more aspects such as study, research, sports, entertainment, cultural communication, social service etc during the first semester of the 2018-2019 Academic Year. All the prizes listed below are acknowledged by COIE (1).first prize in NAU competition,(2).first prize or second prize in provincial or national competitions,(3).awarded by international conferences.
＊Declaration: All the submitted materials such as paper must be truthful, once found and confirmed them as plagiarism, forgery, etc, the eligibility will get immediate canceled and report it to the relevant departments and University.
3. Evaluation Procedure
3.1 Apply by individual or nominated by supervisor, teachers or college of International Education (Please download the Application Form from the attachment below)
3.2 Evaluated and elected the candidates by College of International Education.
3.3Public notification for the name list.
3.4 Reward and Recognition

1.Application Deadline:before December 10th.
2.For Electronic version of application form and related scanned copies supporting materials, please send them toisao@njau.edu.cn; For hard copies of application form and supporting materials, please also submit them to the International Student Administration Office at the same time.
